Real estate

Property websites and listing platforms in Oman.

For agencies, brokers and developers who need their own platform rather than a page on someone else's portal — listings, projects, enquiries and the dashboard your team runs it from.

What a property platform includes

Everything a buyer needs to decide, and your team needs to manage.

Property is a high-consideration purchase. The site has to answer questions thoroughly and then make it effortless to ask the next one.

Property listings
Filtering by type, area and price
Project and development pages
Galleries and floor plans
Maps and locations
Agent profiles
WhatsApp enquiry per listing
Admin dashboard
Plus availability status, payment milestones and referral tracking where the business needs them.

Who it is for

Three different businesses, three different builds.

01

Agencies and brokers

Many listings, changing weekly, handled by several agents. The priority is fast listing management, clean filtering, and enquiries routed to the right agent instead of a shared inbox.

02

Developers

Fewer properties, far more depth per project. Phases, unit types, availability, floor plans, payment milestones and a serious presentation of the development itself.

03

Property management

The public site matters less than what sits behind it — tenants, renewals, maintenance requests and owner reporting. That is closer to a custom system than a website.

Your own platform

Why not just use the portals?

Property portals are worth being on. They bring volume, and most agencies here get real enquiries from them. But everything about that relationship is rented — the listing format, the placement, the fees, and the customer relationship itself. Your competitor is one scroll away, on the same page.

Your own platform is the opposite trade: no built-in audience, but complete control. It is where you send the client who searched your company name, where your projects can be presented properly rather than squeezed into a template, and where the enquiry arrives directly. Most agencies should have both, and use each for what it is good at.

Questions

About property platforms.

Can my agents add and edit listings themselves?

Yes — that is the main requirement for an agency site. Agents add properties, upload photos, change price or status and mark something sold or rented, without going through us or through one person who becomes a bottleneck.

Can listings be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Each listing can carry both, and the site presents the right one based on which version the visitor is on. Where a description exists in only one language, the listing still displays correctly rather than showing a gap.

Where do enquiries go?

Wherever you actually work — WhatsApp, email, or both, routed to the agent responsible for that listing. Enquiries are also recorded in the dashboard so nothing depends on one person's phone.

Can it show a map of each property?

Yes, with a pin per property and area-based browsing. Given how addresses work here, a map is usually clearer to buyers than a written address.

Can you import listings we already have?

Usually. If your properties are in a spreadsheet, another site or a portal export, they can generally be imported rather than retyped. We will confirm once we see the format.

Can buyers track payment milestones?

For developers selling off-plan, yes — a buyer area showing their unit, milestones and project updates. It is scoped per project, because how developers handle payment schedules varies.

Tell us about the portfolio.

How many properties, how often they change, how many agents, and whether you are selling units or listing rentals. That shapes the whole build.
